What's great about this:
I gave you a 5/5 for impact because the slightly mischievous, yet contented expression and pose really add interest to this picture.
You have a wonderful grasp on anatomy, as well.
The hair is seriously perfect I wouldn't change a thing!
The way you color is so beautiful! Very soft, yet bold enough to still make things out easily.
I love the eyes! They're so grogeous!

That being said, I think thi work would benefit from different background, but that could just be a personal thing on my part.
The bruise looks a bit dark and the clothing textures could use a bit of work. mostly I really like the skirt, but the sweater lines are a bit repetitive and don't look realistic.
The bruise is a bit dark, I think if you faded it into the skin a little bit it might look better.
If you added some wrinkles to the back of the knee for the leggings it would look better, I think.
Overall, I really like this pic and I can see you;ve worked hard to get where you are. I reccomend checking out pixelovely.com, where you can see models wearing different clothing, and study folds and such a bit more to get to the next level.
